They **showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do, and the quality of their work was fantastic.** What impressed me most was the pride they took in their work. They didn’t approach the job like they were simply trying to get it done and move on. They paid attention to the details, kept everything extremely clean, and made sure the finished product was something they could be proud of. Tony and is crew meticulously sealed and repaired every possible water ingress point and then painted every surface. It’s a rare thing when the contractor is more picky about the outcome than the client, but that’s the case with Alabaster. Tony and his crew were super respectful of our home and our time. Bigboyzcardz LLC42 days agoWe called Tony and his crew and they came right out after 3 other companies told us they would give us a price and never got back to us. This was probably the toughest job they did in a while. They protected the house did a great job !!! My drywall fell off the ceiling. 20 foot ceilings !!!! Their team responded quickly, arrived within a few days, and handled the tree removal safely and professionally. They were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and took great care throughout the process and they made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Marc Mescher136 days agoI’m remodeling a home and needed some help with a cultured marble shower surround. The pieces are very large and brittle. I contacted several tile contractors and Alabaster was the only contractor that showed up and bid the job. That was a plus. Showing up and giving me a bid. And the bid was very close to what I thought it would be. Another plus. Tony and his crew showed up on time - another plus - and worked around many obstacles (walks out of square and not plumb) to get the walls installed in one day. Brandon came back the next day (Saturday) to finish grouting. They wanted to make sure the silicone adhesive was set before finishing the grout instead of rushing to finish. Another plus. The following Monday Brandon came back to install a soap dish and corner caddy (which were not part of the original bid) to make sure everything was done properly. I would recommend Alabaster to anyone. Tony and his crew couldn’t have done a better job. I’m calling them to do some other work for me because these guys do the right thing the right way. Scott Wilson171 days agoI cannot say enough great things about Alabaster Contracting Solutions. They truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From a timeliness standpoint, their team was on-site every morning by 7:00 AM ready to work. They kept the work area extremely clean throughout the entire project and consistently went above and beyond to respect our home and property. We received five quotes for our bathroom remodel, and Alabaster came in as the lowest. To get that level of pricing paired with such exceptional quality is simply not the norm. One example that really speaks to their character: there was a day when the flooring subcontractor did not show up and failed to communicate. We had already moved into a hotel during that phase of the project. As soon as I informed Alabaster, they immediately and proactively offered to cover an additional night at the hotel—no questions asked. That level of accountability and customer care is rare. They have earned a customer for life. I will not consider using another contracting company in my home. I also want to personally recognize Tony, the GC on our project. I cannot praise him enough. He expects and demands perfection from his team, and the end result reflects that standard. Beyond that, he is down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely committed to making sure your project exceeds expectations. If Tony is the one quoting your project, you can feel confident you are in the best hands. He will not rest until you are getting exactly what you paid for—and more. I was very impressed when the first thing they did was lay down protection over my hardwood floors to prevent them from being damaged. That told me they were conscious about taking care of our home. The quality of the materials installed & their work was excellent. The crew that worked on our bathroom were so nice & friendly. I highly recommend Alabaster Contracting Solutions. I got a referal to Alabaster from a salesman at Loves and boy am I glad that I took it.their suggestion. I was immediately impressed with Tony who knew what needed to be done and how to do. They refurbished my mother in laws wood floors and look amazing. They called us to come over and took the time to apply 6 different stain samples so we could pick the one we wanted.
